COMM_ST 395-DL : Topics in Communication Studies: Crisis Communication

Description

This course introduces students to the field of crisis communication. The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills to be competent crisis communicators in a variety of settings, from organizational and corporate to individual. Students will learn how professionals prepare for and respond to crises, as well as how they develop and implement crisis communication plans.

The course is conducted completely online. A technology fee will be added to tuition.
